Return & Refund Policy

KTEK has very clear refund, return and cancellation policy. The details of the same are as follows:

Refunds or Returns or Replacement are accepted only in the following cases:

  • In case of non-availability of the product and order is placed by the customer then we are liable to give full refund to the customer within 10 days.
  • In case of manufacturing defect, we are liable to provide replacement of the product, if we do not have replacement product in our stock then we are liable to refund to the customer within 10 days. The customer has to send the video proof of opening the parcel packet and showing the defect clearly in the video. (Edited videos will be rejected and replacement will not be given). The customer should report the defect within 24 hours of delivery of the product through email (info@ktek.in). The intimation through phone call will not be acceptable.
  • Product replacement - In case of damaged or incorrect items we would replace it with a new item. In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you may have store credit after communication with our customer care department. This credit will be valid for 1 year. If we accept your replacement than customer have to ship the Products to below Address:

Returns or Replacements or Refund are not accepted in the following cases:

  • No Returns and No replacements in case of customer do not like the product.
  • Refunds would not be accepted for pre-booking / on-demand orders on all products.
